Responsibilities
Lead the compiler engineering team, driving the development of high-performance compiler infrastructure.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new language features, based on feedback from both internal teams and the external community.
Provide technical leadership and career development guidance to engineers.
Manage the team’s execution strategy, ensuring on-time delivery of key compiler features.

Required
Strong background in compiler development
Expertise in LLVM
Expertise in MLIR
Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python and C++
Experience in leading engineering teams
Ability to align product deliverables with internal stakeholders and external developer community
Experience in driving the design and implementation of high-performance compiler infrastructure
Ability to provide technical leadership and career development guidance to engineers
Experience in managing execution strategy to ensure on-time delivery of key compiler features
