Responsibilities

Generate reports as required
Analyzing data and keeping the department up to date as new production occurs

Required
High school Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of Collateral repossession and/or Insurance Claims, Body Shop Repair or Repossession industry experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction
Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
Google email, Docs and Sheets experience preferred
Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate to Advanced) experience
Collateral repossession and/or Insurance Claims, Body Shop Repair or Repossession industry experience
Claims and/or Complaints experience a plus
