Responsibilities
Consult on the process and considerations of gifting complex assets such as shares of C-corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, LPs, real estate, artwork, collectibles, alternative investments, etc.
Guide an advisor, new prospective Complex Asset donor, and their professional advisors through Ren’s sales process from qualification to close.
Schedule and host client meetings to present and explain complex asset management strategies, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market trends, regulations, and industry developments related to Complex Assets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies, including coordination of due diligence and internal reviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in Ren’s Salesforce CRM system.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote complex asset management services.
Continuously enhance your technical knowledge through ongoing education.
Provide reporting to management, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of successful sales experience in financial services, preferably within the wealth management space.
Experience driving sales in a cross-functional environment
Demonstrated understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to UHNW and HNW financial advisors and donors.
Experience managing multiple client relationships within a CRM.
Strong capability to deliver 'White Glove' experience to High-Net-Worth clientele with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record in sales or business development within the financial services industry (focus on wealth management is a plus).
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, especially during the 4th Quarter 'Giving Season', which will include longer than standard work hours.
