Work with a top-notch team on a major multi-party litigation matter.
Conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing.
Preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements.

Required
5+ years of complex civil litigation experience
Ability to work with little supervision as part of a team effort
Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions
Researching legal issues and writing briefs
Prior experience working at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law in state of residence
Outstanding references
Preferred
Product liability experience
California licensing
