Responsibilities

Ability to effectively identify, lead, coach, engage, develop and retain TPL personnel

Recognizes trends and implements improvement opportunities by monitoring team performance, reviewing and interpreting data analytics and developing strategies to improve quality, customer satisfaction and overall claim outcomes

Investigates all avenues of insurance coverage as it relates to a third party liability claims

Reviews letters that have been prepared by staff

Assists attorneys with other projects related to individual case files by listening to their directions and meeting their deadlines and expectations

Regularly communicates with attorneys, adjusters and clients by responding to all emails and inquiries in a professional, concise and timely manner

Communicates and shares pertinent and timely information to employees by holding team meetings, scheduling regular 1:1 employee discussions, reinforcing leadership messages, and providing access to company process and protocol documentation

Provides ongoing feedback to Director on performance including performance metrics and areas of opportunity

Communicates expectations and ensures all Company guidelines are followed

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

Medical Billing

Experience Working in Multiple systems at the same time

Experience with Healthcare systems like Epic

General understanding of Workers Compensation laws

Must be very detail oriented

Experience with 10-key data entry

Ability to type 35-40 wpm

Preferred

Some college a plus

Candidates local to Chicagoland preferred
