Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the company’s compliance initiatives, including policies and technology requirements in compliance with various regulations.

Coordinate updates to compliance policies and technology to reflect regulatory changes.

Provide guidance on loan level questions, resolve issues, and escalate to senior management.

Support Privacy, Red Flag, and Information Security Policy.

Assist in the preparation of reporting like HMDA and BSA.

Provide compliance support for new product launches and program.

Coordinate enhancements with compliance vendors.

Assist in preparing for and responding to examinations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
