Responsibilities
Support the Compliance Manager in executing compliance programs related to privacy safeguards.
Management and evidence gathering for audit cases across External Testing and Internal Safeguard Effectiveness Testing.
Assist in the preparation of issue remediation plans.
Documentation Preparation and Management.
Contribute specialized Project Management expertise, including drafting comms and streamlining processes.
Support administrative and logistical tasks – scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating comms.
Collaborate with team members to monitor, review, and enhance compliance measures within designated programs.
Data analysis and reporting using SQL and Python.
Utilize knowledge of data environment to provide insights and drive compliance strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting.
Previous experience in a compliance role or working with regulatory frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred
Familiarity with our data environment and regulatory requirements is a plus.
