Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's compliance program including managing audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Coordinate investigations on service complaints, incidents, privacy issues, and fraud, ensuring regulatory procedures are followed.
Lead external audits, maintain compliance with health care programs, research regulatory developments, and advise senior management on risks and policy development.
Supervise compliance staff, manage department budget, seek best practices, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Contribute to the mission by complying with policies, resources, and performing other assigned duties.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in political science, paralegal studies, human services, or business administration and 5 years of related experience
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment background study, drug screen; and have access to reliable transportation for work purposes

Preferred

Master’s Degree preferred
