Responsibilities
Conduct regulatory and competitive research to guide product development.
Draft and revise policy forms and endorsements in line with regulations.
Coordinate with actuaries to develop and update rate and rule manuals.
Prepare regulatory filings and support documentation.
Consult with team members to align coverage options with rating algorithms.
Respond to regulatory objections and prepare response letters.
Review filings for compliance with state regulations and guidelines.
Lead compliance research projects and create reference materials.
Conduct internal training sessions on compliance processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance compliance, claims, or related fields.
3+ years of experience drafting P&C coverage forms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Acrobat, Teams, Outlook).
Strong individual responsibility and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Close attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Coursework/certification in general insurance (e.g., CPCU, ARC).
Experience with P&C rate, rule, and forms filings.
Familiarity with regulatory entities and compliance software.
Experience with SERFF and state regulatory systems.
