Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards by implementing and monitoring compliance processes.
Provide actionable insights for process improvements and alignment with compliance strategies.
Maintain documentation of compliance controls for audits and risk assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and security.
Lead audits preparation and execution for internal and external evaluations.
Contribute to the security and integrity of data protection efforts.

Required
Experience with security, cloud, and IT compliance processes
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex information and provide recommendations
Experience managing and conducting internal and external audits
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in documenting and reviewing compliance controls
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge with PCI-DSS
Preferred
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
In-depth knowledge and experience with SOC2, NIST, and ISO frameworks
Experience with compliance automation platforms such as Drata
