Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for overseeing the compliance issue of EcoFlow oversea entities, ensuring alignment with regional codes and regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries and issues and certifications pertaining to oversea operations, liaising with internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and certifications.

Lead contractual negotiations with local agent, including drafting and review of non-disclosure agreements, service level agreements, technical consulting contracts.

Ensure that contracts provide appropriate protection to EcoFlow in line with global and local standards.

Deliver advice in a compliance relevant manner, comprehensible and easy to use, in line with current market norms, and aligned to the commercial aspects of the deal.

Provide legal advice related to local regulation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in local codes.

Promote awareness and provide training and guidance to sales, operations, engineering, HR, admin etc. on relevant compliance matters, standard internal documents and policies.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments, assessing impact on the business and taking appropriate action. Strong regulation search ability.

Required

Required in-house experience with a multinational corporation at a senior level post-qualification.

Demonstrated technical expertise in swiftly analyzing complex compliance issues and delivering commercial solutions.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.

Proven ability to work across diverse areas with international experience.

Well-developed commercial awareness, focusing on outcome-driven solutions and pragmatic application of compliance principles to support business objectives.

Familiar with local laws and regulations and certification provisions.

Familiar with the sources of local certification standards and have an insight into the future development trends of certification standards.

Be able to establish contacts with organizations and institutions that formulate certification standards.

Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, high cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Self-driven with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Working experience in energy storage products, distribution panel products, and inverter products.
