Responsibilities

Assessing risk through risk and control assessments, quarterly risk review processes, and reviews of new business initiatives

Participating in monitoring the firm’s compliance with charter and Conservator laws and regulations

Managing the documentation and timely remediation of related issues that have been identified by management, auditors or regulators

Representing the team in meetings with partners in the business divisions and internal audit

Collaborating with second-line teammates in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), as well as first-line and third-line partners, to mitigate and manage Compliance risks related to charter and Conservator activities across the firm

Understanding the ERM Framework

Participating in the Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment
