Responsibilities
Reviewing new application files for various funding program requirements: HUD, LIHTC, HOME and RD
Communicating with and interviewing applicants and tenants over Zoom, text, phone and email
Determining what documentation and verifications are needed to determine eligibility for the funding program

Required
Strong knowledge of HUD programs, or LIHTC programs and a plus if also knowledgeable with USDA/RD, HOME, or Public Housing
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Affordable Housing.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Passion to stay current on all updates and changes in affordable housing programs and requirements.
Preferred
One (1) Industry Certifications in HUD, LIHTC, USDA is preferred or ability to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Detail orientated, analytical and possess accuracy in basic math skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication
Computer literacy
Familiarity with Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software services a plus
