Responsibilities

Create and maintain process from quote to invoice, ensuring accuracy of invoicing and a high level of internal and external customer communication.

Design components as needed.

Manage component quote schedule to ensure timely completion to sales team/customers.

Be outspoken with ideas for continuous improvement for both our internal and external customers.

Communicate directly with customers as needed.

Lead Weekly Component/Design Meetings

Meet 1 on 1 regularly with design team members.

Manage Mitek Database/Inventory/Costing with collaboration from operations/production.

Manage design settings and collaborate with team and software / engineering supplier for best settings structure.

Track warranty issues with RC/CA and cost implications

Manage design staffing for cost and performance adjusting as necessary.

Update scorecards with component metrics/kpi’s

Create designer training and development plan for each designer to move them all towards Designer Level III skillset.
