Responsibilities

Coordinate with Medicare and its contractors to obtain documentation and provide timely updates to clients.

Ensure all services are completed with the highest quality, integrity, and compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory standards.

Investigate new referrals and clarify information with the Conditional Payment Referral Coordinator and clients.

Follow up with Medicare contractors to track the status of each claim.

Respond to internal and external emails and phone calls promptly.

Triage conditional payment correspondence upon receipt and document all system notes and emails appropriately.

Required

Experience working with Medicare and its contractors
