Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration management activities (Planning, Identification, Change Management, Status Accounting, Audits and Control) of all technical insertion (TI) items, maintenance actions, and/or changes to equipment.
Develop the product specification CDRLs for TI items. This includes conducting a technical review of all TI artifacts (TI Request for Proposal, supplier quote(s), manufacturers’ literature, and program pricing tables); collecting, developing, and reporting product specifications; and identifying, reporting and resolving all discovered discrepancies between these documents.
Use the Intelligent Logistics Platform (ILP) and Windchill to ensure configuration management of all TMs.
Use Windchill to track, validate, maintain all configuration data, and confirm the accuracy of baseline integrity for all products acquired on the contract.
Maintain the CM Plan throughout the contract period of performance.

Required
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience or Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience, training, or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Knowledge and experience in configuration change management principles, bill of materials, technical document, product drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Experience providing oversight and execution of configuration management efforts.
Effective organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Visual Basic program with the ability to develop and optimize tools.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop code-based solutions to automate processes, analyze data, reduce manpower while increasing accuracy and efficiency.
Proficient in utilizing coding languages such as Python and VBA to implement innovative solutions that streamline workflows, optimize data handling, and enhance overall productivity by developing custom scripts, and integrating these tools into existing systems to achieve significant operational improvements.
Skilled in analyzing and comparing large data sets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to identify obstacles, shortfalls, and areas for improvement, and establish and implement effective solutions.
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint collaboration software and/or CHS-6 ILP.
Working knowledge of Windchill.
