Responsibilities
Configure and conduct quality assurance on the products
Review time to value and customer health trends across the Customer Success function
Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers
Assist Customer Success Managers in value realization analyses

Required
1-2 years of experience in a technical support, analysis, or product configuration role

Open to travel opportunities to customer sites
