Responsibilities

Work with deployment managers to establish and configure system parameters based on specific site requirements.

Perform rigorous data validation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency prior to go-live.

Document and troubleshoot configuration issues or data errors, collaborating with relevant teams to address them promptly.

Work closely with deployment managers to understand site-specific requirements and timelines.

Identify areas for improvement in the configuration and validation process, contributing to enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Proven experience in data migration or configuration review, ensuring data completeness and adherence to guidelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Python, PowerBI)

Preferred

Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations
