Responsibilities

Overseeing a team of manual testers, defining the overall testing strategy, creating and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of a software application by leading the manual testing process, while closely collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality products

Need a mix of the following 3 experiences across the team (not needed for one person to have all of these skills): service cloud / sales cloud / enterprise experience
