Responsibilities
Conduct targeted research and capacity analysis.
Engage with relevant stakeholders for information gathering.
Provide actionable recommendations on expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and staff to write, review, and finalize business development documents.
Deliver a high-level briefing or workshop to leadership.
Facilitate ongoing advisory and project management support as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
At least 8 years of Business Development Experience for international donor-funded programing.
Outstanding inter-personal skills and attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and finalizing corporate documents.
Ability to write and provide copy edits in English.
Ability to draft corporate communications in English.
Previous experience with US Government funding.
