Responsibilities

Lead deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Platform)

Customize Copilot features to align with business processes and workflows

Ensure smooth integration with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications

Implement data security measures and manage access controls

Develop and enforce usage policies to maintain compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)

Monitor Copilot access, generate reports, and maintain audit trails

Stay updated on new Copilot features and best practices to drive ongoing optimization

Identify new use cases for Copilot and spearhead innovative initiatives

Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to align Copilot with strategic goals

Troubleshoot and resolve Copilot-related technical issues

Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring

Analyze usage patterns and proactively address potential concerns
