Responsibilities
Act as the first contact for incoming inquiries from our customers in North America on Customer and Product Support & Consulting topics.
Actively manage customer accounts to prevent churn and identify cross-selling opportunities, and drive customer adoption to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure continuous support and service for new and existing customers.
Analyze customer requirements and map them to the ad management solution of ADvendio, focusing on minimizing custom solutions.
Support project and technical account management in implementing projects, workshops, and user training.
Oversee and control implementation projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Work closely with the client during implementation to ensure actionable configuration is achieved within the ADvendio solution.
Maintain functional and technical knowledge of current and future ADvendio products.
Consult in the design, set-up, implementation, and delivery of ADvendio solution implementation projects for enterprise customers.
Provide technical guidance, clear direction, and Project Management to the teams involved in the Implementation Projects.
Leading and supporting client meetings in a professional manner, ensuring our team is adhering to the set standards.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the role and actively share knowledge and insights with the team.
Consult our implementation partners in implementation projects.
Participating in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application configuration & customizing, testing, and deployment.
Provide strategic advice on using ADvendio technology to fulfill clients´ requirements.
Work with our clients and implementation partners in the analysis and adoption of business processes.
Support in the planning and management of implementation projects of our solution.
Manage internal and external resources and collaborate with implementation partners’ and customers' internal and technical staff.
Participation in the design and planning of data migrations and integrations.
Support of customers in system tests.
Training customers in new and existing ADvendio features.
Analyze existing ADvendio implementations and developing ideas for improvement.

Required
Advanced English level (written and spoken)
University degree (preferably in business informatics, computer science, or a related field)
2 - 5 years of experience in project management and consulting for software solutions, preferably in product support, customer support, or technical account management.
Experience in the media or advertising industry and system integrations
Familiarity with CRM software, ideally Salesforce and SaaS processes.
Understanding of Business Analyst tasks and complex business processes.
Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
Structured and solution-oriented approach to complex issues.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
Preferred
Salesforce Consultant certification is advantageous.
