MUST be US CITIZEN

May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area.

Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field.

Document business as-is/to-be processes and identify problems, gaps, and project objectives.

Research potential system solutions that would meet business operational needs.

Create test plans, test cases, and execute testing.

Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel – 7-9 Years’ experience.

Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form - 7-9 Years’ experience.

Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting system requirements - 7-9 Years’ experience.

Demonstrated experience performing as-is/to-be process/system analysis - 7-9 Years’ experience.

Demonstrated experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing - 7-9 Years’ experience.

Knowledge and experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems or software systems that support Transportation Agency maintenance and operations processes - 7-9 Years’ experience.
