Responsibilities
Perform hands-on site assessments of the physical property, including roofs
Conduct evaluations of site water supplies, dust hazards, chemical storage, and rack storage arrangements
Ensure compliance with FM Global Engineering Standards and communicate recommendations to clients
Work from a home office and travel to clients' facilities daily

Required
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering (various specialties considered!)
Five plus years of industry experience preferred
Power Generation Experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Efficient time management ability with minimal supervision
Solid technical capability including diverse knowledge of engineering principles
Ability to stay focused from a home office environment
Authorization to work in the country you are applying to work in
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, able to climb ladders, balance, and deal with heights
Proficiency in MS Office products
A valid driver’s license
