Responsibilities

Researching differing expansion options for the work of The Lift Garage
Identify likely costs, investments and potential for impact in serving more customers
Create a detailed report that outlines options for how growth could look
Lead the organization in information-gathering, research, self-assessment, and analysis of the findings
Develop and complete the feasibility study
Provide an accessible, clear portfolio of 3 to 5 expansion options, including expected costs, staffing requirements, the pros and cons of each option and a recommendation for moving forward.

Required

Experience leading other nonprofit organizations through periods of growth.
Ability to understand business models and research expansion options.
Skills in assessing potential impact and costs.
Capability to present a clear and detailed report on findings.
Experience in information-gathering, research, self-assessment, and analysis.
Ability to create a portfolio of 3 to 5 expansion options, including expected costs, staffing requirements, pros and cons of each option, and a recommendation for moving forward.
Submission of a cover letter, resume, and relevant work samples.
Proposal including approach to the process, general steps and timeline, deliverables, a detailed budget, and a summary of work with other nonprofits.
A minimum of two references.
