Responsibilities
Oversee M&A integration activities in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities
Manage and monitor projects from initiation through delivery utilizing project management methodologies
Serve as a liaison between business areas, the IT organization, and vendors to ensure operational solutions
Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to operationalize strategic initiatives
Research best business practices to identify operational improvement opportunities

Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of consulting or relevant leadership experience
Proficient knowledge in four or more business operations disciplines
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills
Minimum two (2) years of formal or informal leadership experience
Preferred
Master's degree and people management experience
Certification in PX Essentials and Root Cause Analysis training
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
Experience in planning and executing strategies
Enrollment in A3 Thinking for Leaders certification within the first twelve (12) months
