Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, often in complex and high-risk situations.
Lead multiple project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer engagement.
Develop proposals and offer consulting services to potential clients in partnership with the commercial team.
Contribute to the company's knowledge base by developing new methodologies, tools, and knowledge.
Implement automation and standardization of consulting and market research workflows in partnership with solutions and product teams.
Mentor and coach consultants and managers, promoting their growth and professional development.
Work with the talent team to hire new consultants.
Oversee performance reviews and career progression of team members.
Participate in the strategic planning and direction of the firm.
Contribute to decision-making on key issues such as market expansion, service offering, and operational efficiency.

Required
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2.5 years of Traditional management consulting experience with a focus on market research.
Must have worked in consulting firms, especially boutique consulting firms, with direct consulting experience for external clients (internal consulting within one’s own company is not applicable).
Fluent Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Preferred
Conversational Spanish preferred.
Experience in managing clients and consulting projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
