Required

10+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development, with a strong focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API).
Experience with TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with backend integration (e.g., REST APIs, GraphQL).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Hands on experience working on cloud-based development environments and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with development tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and version control systems like Git.
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
Proven ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and drive technical decisions.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex technical challenges.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration.
Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred

Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring.
Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.
