Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned proposals, change orders, and contracts, including subsequent revisions

Ensure all stakeholders and contributors in the proposals process are informed throughout the proposal development lifecycle to meet deadlines

Works with SMEs to draft a quality proposal, including an accurate budget, for services requested in a customers request for proposal (RFP) and finalize it to meet prescribed deadlines.

Once awarded, work with the Premier Contracts team to draft the contract and send for review.

In accordance with company review requirements and customer timelines creates a compelling RFP response document that clearly conveys the company’s service offering, strategic approach to meeting the customer’s needs, key messages and value proposition and competitive differentiation

Maintains up-to-date tracking in Salesforce of all deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the Sciences. Business Administration/ Marketing are acceptable alternatives

Two to four years of relevant biopharmaceutical or medical device industry experience which includes a minimum of two years' experience in the proposal development process

Able to motivate and manage a number of stakeholders and contributors to meet deadlines

Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, a good working knowledge of common commercial software

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
