Responsibilities

Navigate litigation and arbitration proceedings on behalf of financial institutions at the state, federal, and appellate level

Familiarity with mortgage servicing litigation, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and state consumer protection acts

Work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit

Demonstrate exceptional judgment and ability to effectively handle multiple projects

Articulate legal strategies and courses of action
