Required
2 years of experience in a client or consumer-facing role (e.g., online customer support or call center customer support)
Impeccable verbal and written communication
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Console, Zendesk and/or other similar customer ticketing software
High consumer empathy
Ability to work independently
