Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues.
Perform advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
Apply intermediate mathematical skills.
Gather personal and financial information required to complete state applications on behalf of the member.
Assist members with completing the Medicare Saving Program application.
Help members locate additional resources to promote healthy living.
Input information captured by the member during the call and update in various systems.

Required
3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry
Ability to be flexible to an ever-changing environment
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail
Strong typing and computer navigation skills
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Previous healthcare experience
Previous inbound and/or outbound call center experience
