Responsibilities

Anticipate, assesses and manages learning needs related to business functional training, role-based training, on-boarding, leadership, professional development and systems training

Formulates partnerships with business SMEs, stakeholders and leadership, enabling the learning team to deliver value-added service that aligns with the business objectives of the organization

Maintains an effective level of knowledge about the business’s financial position, strategies (short term to mid and long range) and culture

Support key business goals of empowering a relentless customer-first mindset, protecting and growing the core and accelerating transformation

Develop programs to drive volume, new sales and customer usage across the core products portfolio

Evaluate and enhance new hire onboarding journey

Partner with sales and marketing on OptiFreight regional meetings driving sessions focused on meeting key goal initiatives

Required

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise on a global landscape

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

3+ years related experience in Sales, Marketing or Learning & Development

Experience with the healthcare industry

Willing to travel up to 10%
