Responsibilities

Minimum 12+ years of experience with contact center domain technologies and products
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, CloudWatch
Shall have hands-on knowledge including solution design and architecture for larger scale contact centers, in building complex contact flows that require in-depth and granular knowledge with Lambda and Lex
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Lex dealing various kinds of Bot implementation and build work
Shall have design knowledge on deployment pipeline
Shall have strong knowledge with AWS infra and overall what services are best to leverage, knows how to derive cost
Well versed with full stack development - node.js, python, java script Java Springboot, Deployment pipeline, Terraform.
Should have migration knowledge to deploy applications/infra from on-prem to AWS Connect
Added advantage to have Genesys Engage Composer knowledge
Shall have knowledge to demonstrate deployment architecture, solution design for middleware systems and be able to review with architecture and security boards
Knowledge with Optimizing API performance, data masking and data streaming into Splunk
Should have knowledge with deployment pipeline and Terraform
Able to demonstrate integration architect with different platforms and best practices
