Responsibilities
Work with internal marketing stakeholders to gather necessary information, assets, content, and key messaging to develop web pages
Guide marketing stakeholders to collaborate with copywriters to create new content that is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the new approach/style of the new website
Identify areas for improvement relating to customer experience and collaborate with stakeholders to help assure their web pages are meeting their business objectives including specific measurable KPIs
Develop high fidelity wireframes in Figma using existing modules and templates available and adhering to design system guidelines, module functionality specifications, brand guidelines, template structures, and content needs
Ensure content is presented in a way that enhances the user experience and conveys subject matter authority
Assist in preparing documents and collecting assets for copywriters and web authors as part of the page creation process

Required
Minimum three years of recent work experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Previous experience managing, planning, creating content and/or UX design experience
Strong understanding of web UX principles and ability to craft an effective narrative required; working knowledge of SEO best practices
Able to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and work within a cross-function team
Good organizational and time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines and communicate risks; creative problem solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Digital agency experience preferred
Prior experience or strong understanding of authoring webpages in a CMS preferred, specifically in AEM strongly preferred
Experience with wireframing tools, specifically Figma strongly preferred
