Responsibilities

Develop user-friendly content, including guides, FAQs, video tutorials, macros, and knowledge base articles, to help customers better understand and utilize products or services.
Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure customer care teams are up-to-date with product knowledge, customer service techniques, and any system updates to improve service delivery.
Work closely with customer support and service teams to identify recurring issues, pain points, and gaps in knowledge that can be addressed through improved training and content development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Pharmacy Ops) to align content initiatives with customer needs, ensuring consistency and excellence in the customer experience.
Offer guidance and troubleshooting resources to customer care teams for more complex customer inquiries, ensuring that they have the tools they need to resolve issues efficiently.
Create and maintain an environment where team members feel empowered to share knowledge, insights, and best practices with one another to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Regularly review and update training materials, resources, and documentation to ensure all content reflects current offerings, systems, and procedures, keeping the customer experience seamless and accurate.
Stay up to date with customer service best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure that training and content remain relevant and innovative.

Required

Previous or relevant experience as a content enablement specialist, preferably in a healthcare or telemedicine setting.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proven ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
