Responsibilities
Producing user guides for new and enhanced product features, to be ready in time for the release date.
Producing release notes that summarize the new features, as well as a list of fixed defects.
Producing standard templates such that customer-facing content has a consistent look and feel.
Producing work instructions and workflows for standard processes associated with product development and support, such as the prioritization process for reporting and fixing defects.
Writing customer-facing Product Requirements Documents based on internal stories written by product managers.
Automating, where possible, the production of validation summaries from the testing records stored in AIO and TestRails.
Assisting the Quality team in the production of content for regulatory compliance, audit responses, and RFI responses, including the routine updates for SOPs.
Assisting in the planning and production of online training content.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, medical or literary fields.
Preferred
Experience within the field of clinical research is an advantage.
Experience with Jira and Confluence an advantage.
