Responsibilities
Inputting Lesson Plans: This encompasses:
Editing and finalizing teacher notes.
Developing instructions for Virtual Avatars in terms of speech and movement.
Reviewing and selecting appropriate images.
Running, reviewing, and fixing lessons as required.
Providing Insights at Product Development Meetings: Actively participate in meetings, offering constructive feedback and innovative ideas.
Meeting with PO and Tracking Implementation: Regularly meet with the PO to track and support the implementation of the curriculum development vision.
Perform all other duties as assigned to contribute to RoboKind’s success

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology).
Familiarity with digital media formats and image editing tools.
Competency in editing and reviewing educational content.
Basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence, Jira, or similar content and project management tools.
Proficiency in content management systems and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and external contractors.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, curriculum development, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Highly motivated and self-directed.
Capable of learning and adapting to new technologies and processes quickly.
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Background in education or curriculum development.
Experience in a similar role.
