Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development) to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Manage content production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of optimized content.
Analyze SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, SERP rankings, conversion rates) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Provide training and guidance to content creators on SEO writing techniques.
Manage on-page SEO elements (meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking) to maximize visibility.
Oversee content audits to keep site content relevant and up-to-date.

Required

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for SEO purposes.
Excellent command of the English language and superior editing skills.
Experience in creating and managing SEO-friendly content.
Ability to interpret SEO data and analytics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience in managing content calendars and editorial workflows.
Ability to effectively communicate complex SEO strategies to non-technical team members.

Marketing: 3 years

Preferred

Experience in creating content for various formats (blog posts, social media, email, video, etc.).
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and how they relate to content structure and SEO.
Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Experience in local SEO and mobile optimization.
