Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit compelling content, including blog posts, news articles, and social media updates.

Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.

Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging multimedia materials.

Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and suggest improvements.

Support email marketing campaigns by crafting engaging copy and optimizing delivery.

Stay informed about industry trends to ensure content relevance and innovation.

Lead efforts to grow Rush Soccer’s YouTube channel and enhance engagement across social media platforms.

Contribute stories about local club activities for national sharing.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.

General experience with graphic creation (Adobe Creative Suite) and digital platforms (WordPress, social media channels, and email marketing).

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.

Ability to interpret data and adapt strategies based on insights.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizen and live within close proximity to local Rush Clubs in one of these locations - Pensacola, FL; Boise, ID; Towanda, KS; Lafayette, LA; Blaine, MN; and Middleton, WI.
