Responsibilities
Write and edit a variety of content, including blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, eBook guides, landing pages, sell sheets, and more, to engage and inform our target audiences.
Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, to produce cohesive and visually appealing content that supports marketing goals and drives engagement.
Develop content with a clear understanding of business objectives and audience needs, while tracking performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies over time.
Conduct research and interview customers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to develop relevant content and identify new opportunities for storytelling.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, while maintaining alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Effectively manage multiple content projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Required
2+ years of writing and editing experience, preferably in a B2B tech environment, or with web publications. Experience in the software, technology, or business services industry is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex or technical subjects in a clear, engaging manner.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
Experience conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and develop content ideas.
Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Strong team player with experience working closely with cross functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust priorities based on business needs.
Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the audience, tailoring content to resonate with diverse customer segments.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
