Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner for the CEO and leadership team, contributing ideas and initiatives that align with company goals.
Manage and mentor the small overseas content team (3 VAs), including coordinating, meeting deadlines, delegating work, leading biweekly meetings, and providing performance feedback.
Facilitate and lead content strategy meetings with CEOs, and other key stakeholders.
Implement systems to enhance team productivity and streamline content creation processes.
Ensure the content team meets or exceeds 90-day priorities, achieving key KPIs and maintaining high-performance levels.
Oversee the production and optimization of content funnels, lead magnets, quizzes, webinars, and other marketing tools.
Take ownership of all team-generated final content.
Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content production and marketing initiatives.
Oversee scheduling and tracking of content using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Maintain detailed performance dashboards, tracking content KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Use analytics tools to track, report, and assess the performance of blogs, podcasts, social media, funnels, and other platforms.
Develop a cohesive strategy for free public content, including blogs, YouTube, podcasts, and social media.
Lead the production of a high-quality weekly newsletter and content funnels (e.g., lead magnets, quizzes, webinars).
Collaborate with founders to co-create strategic assets like workbooks, guides, and templates.
Drive growth in key metrics such as SEO rankings, time-on-site, podcast downloads, and email open rates.
Provide actionable insights to improve SEO, email funnel conversions, and user engagement.
Align all content production with business sustainability goals and long-term growth strategies.
Implement A/B testing to optimize lead magnets, email campaigns, and content strategies.
Implement and refine strategies for improved blog SEO performance, enhanced time spent on site, reduced bounce rates, and increased Google rankings.
Create a podcast strategy to boost subscribers, listen time, and engagement while securing high-value guest appearances.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and the small content team, delegating work to meet your deadlines, ensuring priorities are aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, product, and operational teams to execute launches and events effectively.
Deliver weekly recaps and progress updates to leadership.

Required

3+ years of experience in online digital marketing, content strategy, or a related role in a service-based business
Proven expertise in SEO, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
Expert-level project management skills
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven track record as a content manager, increasing KPIs through strategy and implementation
Thrives in entrepreneurial environments where priorities shift quickly
Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
