Responsibilities
Performing Electronic Data Conversion for our web and desktop products.
Work with outside vendors properly instructing them on transcription and hotspoting tasks.
Provide estimates of new and on-going efforts using established processes.
Process scheduled updates in a timely manner and properly log in tracking systems.
Create and maintain process and quality assurance documentation in a clear and timely manner.
Perform quality control checks on all releases.
Investigate and resolve customer reported defects.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with electronic data.
Demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to write reports and create complex spreadsheets.
Self motivation
High capacity to learn and adapt
Ability to work inter-departmentally to accomplish objectives
Preferred
Some college experience desired
