Responsibilities
Works as a member of a team on software development assignments.
Independent judgement and creativity are regularly exercised in solving highly complex problems; the ability to work with other technical personnel is important.
Maintaining positive customer contact at the job site is required.
The Content Server Developer is skilled and experienced with Livelink workflows, WebReports, LiveReports and Records Management.
Able to work with the end users/customers to develop and define requirements for successful creation of the end product.

Required
5 years’ experience developing Livelink/Content Server workflows
Bachelor's Degree in technical field of study
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues: identified problem areas, potential problem areas, new hardware and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work under pressure and at speed to minimize the impact to end-users of system planned and unplanned issues.
Willingness to learn system specifics.
Maintain records and documentation of actions and procedures.
Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
OpenText Certification preferred.
Create test plans for new applications.
Provide documentation/training materials for new applications.
Ability to multi-task several issues simultaneously and rank according to severity.
Significant organizational skill and ability to lead a project.
