Responsibilities
Craft and implement strategic social media content, adhering to strict brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to infuse thought leadership.
Write and design web copy from scratch, establish content pillars, and build brand identity by capturing a client’s voice and tone.
Create purposeful content, including decks and presentations, that is clear and intelligent.
Possess an eye for both copy and design, generating ideas that align with strategic goals and remain in tune with current marketing and social trends.
Manage multiple, evolving projects while maintaining organization and clarity.
Collaborate effectively and seek input as needed.
Present options, invite feedback, and contribute to a collaborative brainstorm process with respect and confidence.

Required
3+ years in content strategy, social media, and/or copywriting, with a strong focus on B2B.
Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, AI tools, HubSpot, and HootSuite.
Writing in Google Docs with attention to detail using tools like Grammarly.
A true 'Swiss-army knife' for content: social, content, and copywriting expertise.
Strong project management abilities, capable of handling shifting priorities.
Clear, adaptable communication that makes complex topics simple.
Preferred
Exposure to creating content in highly regulated environments.
