Responsibilities
Review and evaluate approximately 700 pages of process documentation and 30 hours of video content.
Identify and prioritize critical content for onboarding new team members.
Redesign, edit, and restructure documentation to enhance clarity, usability, and engagement.
Organize the remaining information into a well-structured format for on-demand learning and accessibility.
Collaborate with the Billing/Revenue Management team to ensure process accuracy and relevance.

Required
Proven experience in process documentation, technical writing, instructional design, or knowledge management
Strong ability to analyze, prioritize, and reorganize large volumes of information
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and LMS platforms
Experience in professional and financial services, with a strong understanding of billing and revenue management processes
Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
Understanding of onboarding processes
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in a legal or law firm environment is advantageous but not required.
