Responsibilities
Create user-friendly and impactful customer advocacy content by translating complex stakeholder requirements into compelling narratives that support marketing objectives
Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and develop creative briefs with engaging storylines
Write, edit, and deliver high-quality content for digital platforms and sales enablement initiatives
Facilitate team meetings to align priorities, share updates, and track progress on deliverables
Prepare reports, manage communications, and coordinate required training sessions
Maintain and update internal resources and actively contribute to project management workflows

Required

Experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs
Solid understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals with a digital-first mindset
