Responsibilities
Own the role of being the main point of contact for the client
Collaborate with the Operation Specialist to align on goals and drive client success
Deliver comprehensive responses to client queries on strategy, growth, and achievements
Host strategy meetings to share tailored insights and actionable recommendations
Update the client landing page with fresh insights, progress, and recommendations
Conduct a comprehensive content performance review
Develop detailed recommendations for content improvement
Identify strategic opportunities for content optimization
Create in-depth listener and client persona documents
Identify critical demographic and psychographic characteristics
Map audience segments and their specific needs
Design holistic content marketing strategies
Align content approaches with client business objectives
Create roadmaps for content creation and distribution
Analyze the technical quality of podcast/video recordings
Provide recommendations for equipment and setup improvements
Assess client's on-camera presence
Offer coaching on communication and presentation skills

Native-level verbal and written English
2+ years of content strategy experience
