Responsibilities

Manage and develop content web projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end

Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders such as SEO, Content, and Creative

Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery

Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones

Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed

Update content, make small code adjustments, and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests and maintenance

Required

2-3+ years proven experience managing project types such as: digital campaigns, experiments, and microsites; financial services and B2B experience a plus

Great communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization

Well-organized, detail oriented, and resourceful

Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities

Intermediate understanding of HTML & CSS, particularly React

Experience working with CMS (content management systems), preferably Wordpress

Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)
