Responsibilities
Execute plant projects aimed at eliminating waste through data gathering and fostering employee engagement.
Promote innovative problem-solving to improve accessibility, product quality, and employee safety while reducing conversion costs.
Collaborate with various functional departments to prioritize and implement improvement projects.
Lead Lean activities, develop and monitor the Continuous Improvement Roadmap, and implement Lean training programs.

Required
Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering; Production/Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years manufacturing/operations experience
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and advanced problem-solving techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing operation systems
Experience with MRP systems and Inventory Management
Strong leadership skills
Ability to engage and educate team members
Effective communication and collaboration across departments
